Billing Facility & Support Contract. The Billing Facility and Support Contract provides customers with the facility to create billings from BlockWise and provides telephone / email support for the entire BlockWise package. Support is required at the outset to ensure a successful implementation The first payment for this contract is therefore due along with payment of the initial site licence. Thereafter payments for this Billing Facility & Support Contract must be made either quarterly in advance or monthly by standing order. Under this agreement Support for BlockWise is available Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00, except on Scottish Bank Holidays and other public holidays, by calling the BlockWise support line on 0131 313 0707.

E-mail Data Support. Any data submitted to BlockWise for analysis, reconstruction and / or modification will be viewed under the strictest conditions of confidentiality; BlockWise is bound by the regulations of the Data Protection Act and is registered with the Data Protection Registrar. All disks, CDs and E-mails issued by BlockWise are always screened for viruses. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that any media containing computer data, sent to or received from us, is free from viruses. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any contaminated data. |

Training. The key to implementing any new system is a good implementation plan and adequate training. BlockWise offer an implementation consultation and various levels of training on site. Experience has shown that these are required so that you can get the most from BlockWise. Training is provided by a BlockWise trainer who will have a comprehensive knowledge of the system. Where appropriate training can take place at your office using a copy of your live data. |
- Initial Consultation with your management to agree an implementation plan this causes minimum disruption, sets goals and establishes letter texts.
- Initial Training covers entering developments, properties, managers and existing tenants into the system – essentially establishing your portfolio.
- Day to Day Operation Training prepares you for the everyday use of the system.
