The FactorWise package is the product of merging two major property management operations in Scotland.

SystemWise was charged with identifying appropriate software packages for implementation in the expanded Charles White Ltd. We found that, while Letting Software packages were available to the required standard, there was no Factoring Software that really did the job well.

Any number of Property Managers can use the package simultaneously. The resposibility for a development / property can readily be permanently or temporarily transferred to another Property Manager within the system. Easily accessible histories make temporarily looking after another Property Manager's properties a reality.

A "To Do List" function provides a list of work requiring attention. A history of events with all correspondence is easily accessible. Property Managers can put their own reminders on the "To Do Lists" in addition to the automated ones. FactorWise "To Do Lists" reduce stress by ensuring that nothing is forgotten.

FactorWise holds copies of all accounts sent and shows billing items waiting to be billed against each owner. Billings to owners are clearly laid out and fully automated, allowing additional notes and explanations to be added.

FactorWise can handle complex apportionments so that billing is fully automated. A letter writing module provides mail merge facilities and access to every letter sent in the past.

FactorWise hugely simplifies the work of a Property Manager by presenting the data in a logical way and offering a list of work that needs to be done.
