Framework validates entries ensuring letters are sent and dates are entered. Framework letter generator uses MS Word mailmerge to automatically generate letters and keep track of them. Reprints and deletions are not a problem. |

Survey dates and Surveyors names are assigned and planning or other permission requirements are tracked. A Slack days system ensures that all the elements required before an installation can take place are monitored and warnings given if for instance the builder work is not scheduled to be completed before the window is due to be installed. |

A FITTING DIARY allows up to 100 fitting teams to be scheduled on a half day basis. Weekly diary sheets are printed with relevant information for fitting teams. Progress and costs are maintained for each part of the contract including tracking sub-contractors and suppliers. Fixed costs can be entered allowing the monitoring of the profitability of every contract |
