Looking after the membership of an organisation is a task which can include many activities. Most organisations have some non standard requirements which mean that ordinary accounting systems don’t do the whole job. The MemberWise package was built by SystemWise in Edinburgh after many years of specialising in bespoke systems for large memberships and covers most of the facilities required. In conjunction with parent organisations we have developed Special Editions of MemberWise to cover the requirements of their member organisations. MemberWise can be tailored after installation and before entering members using the Setup Wizard. The user is guided through the task of tailoring MemberWise to meet the needs of their organisation.

There is no need to know book-keeping to run MemberWise. It is designed to be easy and intuitive to use for the Windows user. Help is available from anywhere in the package. This is known as context sensitive help and in MemberWise it advises on how best to do the job as well as telling you which button does what.
