The Distribution Menu allows bulk printing of subscription demands, membership cards and reminders which have accumulated throughout the processing of members during a session. The prints can then be run or viewed at your convenience. All MemberWise prints have the address positioned so that standard window envelopes can be used. This means that folding and stamping / franking are all that remains to get them out.

At any time MemberWise will produce statistics on the membership, including outstanding subscriptions and subscription potential for the current period. Mail shots are easy, names and addresses can be selected from the member record. A file can be produced in a number of formats which allows it to be read into any Windows word processing package.
