First of all is the Membership Record itself. This is a screen which shows or provides access to all the information held in connection with a Member.

Note the panels within the screen which separate the various subjects. The tabs along the top of the screen display other pages of information, for example the members address, bank details etc. On the bottom line the find button allows a fast search by surname or by membership number.
Your organisation can be divided into Areas and Branches if required. Any hierarchy can be used. Scouts might have Troops and Patrols. A small club might have Teams they could change Areas to Teams and not use Branches. There are also flag markers that can be customised to requirements. All these fields can be used in mailshot selections. Selection criteria can be saved for further use.
It all adds up to an easy-to-use package that reduces the work of running an organisation to a minimum.
