Subscription collection is made easy by MemberWise. Whether your organisation runs from year to year or allows a rolling fixed period or even an ad hoc membership period, then MemberWise can cope. In each case MemberWise will send renewal notices if required. Membership Cards are printed on demand and can be fitted into economic MemberWise plastic credit card style holders (available from MemberWise or good stationers).
Subscription Rates and Tariffs are entered to allow automatic calculation of subscriptions. This can handle an unlimited number of membership categories, as well as subscriptions based on a calculation of a user-definable numeric field. For example an additional subscription charge for a yacht club subscription might be based on the length of boat owned by a member. In this case the user-definable field would be "Length of Boat" and the additional charge might be two and a half times the length of the boat in pounds. MemberWise can calculate this automatically and make any subscription adjustment if the member buys a bigger boat. This example shows the flexibility of MemberWise.
Standing Orders, payment by installments and all common payment methods are taken care of with reminders being generated as required. Even Direct Debit collection through BACS is available. Adjustments to subscriptions for joining during a subscription period can be made using your own criteria. |
