MemberWise provides a backup to floppy disk or to any other storage peripheral attached to your system. All the data and the system settings are saved, so going back in time to a previous backup is trouble free.

There are lots of things to remember when you are running an organisation. The Things to Do List on the Reports Menu checks to make sure that any periodic tasks have been carried out and that any cumulative prints such as membership cards are not sitting unprinted.

The View options on the Accounting Menu provide easy access to view all money transactions. A facility to check the bank statement against your Club Accounting is provided. This should identify any errors on the bank statement or erroneously entered transactions in MemberWise.
