After starting a career in textiles covering manufacturing, retail and mail order Justin gained the NCC Diploma in Business System Analysis and Computer System Design. The first 10 years of his computing career he spent designing mainframe systems in Ferranti and introducing the Micro Computer to the various Ferranti Departments. In 1988 Justin started SystemWise, providing IT Support and System Design on an outsourcing basis. SystemWise has now been going for over 18 years and enjoys excellent working relations with support clients and system users alike. |

| Technical Support Manager | Paul Gillespie |
|
Paul graduated with a Computer Networks and Distributed Systems Degree in 2002 during which time he worked for The Northern Lighthouse Board in their IT Dept providing IT support all around Scotland and also worked part time for Napier University tutoring students in Database Systems. After Graduating, Paul started work with SystemWise as a Technical Support Engineer, then a year later became the Technical Support Manager. |

Chris graduated from Napier University in June 2003 with an Honours degree in Multimedia Systems. He then worked as a freelance web designer before joining SystemWise in November 2003. As our web, graphic and print design specialist Chris has extensive experience realising clients' project specifications, aims and objectives. Chris's main responsibilty now is looking after our software helpdesk, where we provide support and maintenance for all our software systems.

Tony has eight years experience supporting Microsoft Networks of varying sizes, and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA 2000), Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) and Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP). He has worked for large conglomerates such as Hewlett Packard and Cendant, and came to us from Telford College, where he helped with the installation of their new campus, and design of the Active Directory Infrastructure. |

Bill has been in IT for 10 years and has worked extensively in the Middle East, New Zealand & Europe. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), and a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP). He also has a special interest in Linux Server and Desktop configurations. Since his return to this country he has worked for several local companies including Capito, where he was involved in support for the 2005 G8 Summit at Gleneagles, and several large scale Public Sector infrastructure upgrades |

Margaret Scott has been with SystemWise for many years in the support department specialising in Sage and office systems support. More recently, Margaret has taken on the role of office administrator. |

Fiona is Justin's wife and does the book keeping and accounts for SystemWise. Fiona is a dental therapist in the mornings and does SystemWise accounting in the afternoons. |
