You can become a Technical Support Contract customer with a competitively priced monthly subscription based upon an assessment of the level of support required.

Technical Support Contract Customers are entitled to a comprehensive range of services including:-

An IT Strategy Review including :

    • Recording your IT expectations for the next 12 months.
    • Auditing your existing computer equipment.
    • Assessing anti virus and backup procedures.
    • Examining email and internet service provision.
    • Preparing a strategy document as a basis for ongoing support and development.
    • Hotline support – Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.
    • On-site support – For urgent or emergency calls, SystemWise guarantee a site visit by the end of the next half working day.
    • Regular computer “check-ups”.
    • Technical consultancy services.
    • The peace of mind of having a computer specialist available when you really need one.
